Fermenting for Health
As part of the Meitheal project, we were delighted to run a workshop on the health benefits of fermenting with practical demonstrations of Kefir and Sauerkraut from Glenda Dowling of Gutsy World. Ruth Garvey-Williams from The Exchange also shared about her experience of making and baking with sourdough over the last 12 months.
