Fermenting for Health

As part of the Meitheal project, we were delighted to run a workshop on the health benefits of fermenting with practical demonstrations of Kefir and Sauerkraut from Glenda Dowling of Gutsy World. Ruth Garvey-Williams from The Exchange also shared about her experience of making and baking with sourdough over the last 12 months. Here we bring you some of the resources from our workshop (more to come).
